The Manpower Employment Outlook Survey is conducted quarterly to measure employers' intentions to increase or decrease the number of employees in their work force during the next quarter.

Yoh Index of Technology Wages

The Yoh Index of Technology Wages is based on a sample of the temporary technology labor pool being utilized by more than 1,000 businesses in the aviation, engineering, information technology, manufacturing, scientific, telecommunications, and utility communities. The Yoh Index of Technology Wages provides a barometer of the changes in employer demand and supply of technology talent nationwide.

Randstad 2009 World of Work

The Role of Contingent Workers in Workforce Strategy Survey

Staffing firm Manpower surveyed more than 41,000 employers in 35 countries and territories to learn more about the current role of contingent workers—defined as nonpermanent members of a company's work force, such as contractors and temporary employees—in work force strategy.
