Workplace Harassment: How You Can Protect Against It

Now available in both VHS and DVD formats, this ASA training video is specifically designed for staffing companies to educate temporary and contract employees and job applicants about their rights and responsibilities—and to protect your business from liability.

There is no other product like it. Other harassment training videos require a large investment of employee time and do not address the unique relationship a staffing firm has with its assigned employees. The ASA video runs just over four minutes, making it ideal for quickly and easily educating new and prospective employees.

Employees will appreciate the video's accessibility as four men and four women from varying racial and ethnic backgrounds directly address the basics of what workplace harassment is and what they should do if it happens to them or they observe it happening to someone else. In simple language, the video tells viewers that they must promptly notify you of any problem on the job—so you can take immediate corrective action before the problem festers into costly legal action.

Employees will learn

  • What constitutes workplace harassment
  • Acceptable and unacceptable behaviors and language
  • What to do if the employee is a victim
  • What to do if the employee observes harassment happening to someone else
  • Procedures for notifying the staffing firm

Every staffing company office should have—and use—this video.
