William H. Stoller, CPC, CSP
Chairman
Bill is co-founder and vice chairman of the board of Express Services Inc., the parent company of Express Employment Professionals. He serves on the executive committee, which oversees planning and direction for the international company, with more than 600 franchised offices in four countries. Bill also serves as CEO and president of the Stoller Group, which owns 27 Express franchise offices in Oregon, Arizona, California, Colorado, and Nevada. He began his career in the staffing industry with Acme Personnel Service in 1973 and was chairman of the board of the National Association of Personnel Services from 2000 to 2001. |

Mark Toth, CSP
First Vice Chairman
Mark is chief legal officer, chief compliance officer, and vice president of franchise relations for Manpower's North American operations. He is also involved on the business side of the company, serving on its global leadership team and North American lead team. Mark is a frequent lecturer on a variety of legal topics, and he writes an award-winning employment law blog. |

Claudette Cunitz, TSC, CSP
Second Vice Chairman
Claudette is senior vice president of G-TECH Professional Staffing, a recruitment and technical staffing company in Dearborn, MI. She is responsible for the company's overall sales and business development; under her leadership, G-TECH has shown a history of growth and earned numerous client satisfaction awards. Long involved in the former National Technical Services Association, Claudette served on its board of directors, chaired the public relations task force, and was president of the Michigan chapter for two years. Claudette is co-chairman of the ASA membership committee and has chaired the policy council for the technical, IT, and scientific section. |

Aaron Green, CSP
Treasurer
Aaron is the founder of Professional Staffing Group and PSG Offshore Resources. One of Boston's largest staffing firms, Professional Staffing Group provides clients with office support, creative, technical, and financial staff. Aaron founded PSG Offshore Resources, based in the Philippines, as a way to provide the benefits of offshore outsourced recruiting to staffing firms of any size. Aaron is past president of the Massachusetts Staffing Association and is currently its legislative representative.

William C. Yoh
Secretary
Bill is president and CEO of Yoh Group, a leading provider of talent solutions, including temporary help, direct hire, and managed staffing services for the information technology, engineering, scientific, and health care communities. Previously, Bill served in senior management capacities for Day & Zimmermann, Yoh's parent company, with responsibility for finance, IT, and strategy. He also worked at CSC Index, where he specialized in business process re-engineering. Bill has served on the boards for the Haverford School, Platoon Fitness, and the Council for Relationships in Pennsylvania. He chairs the policy council for the ASA technical, IT, and scientific section. |

David Bartholomew
As one of the founders of Staffmark, David led the company to grow from 91 offices in eight states to more than 250 offices in 28 states. In 2008, when Staffmark became a member of the CBS Personnel Holdings Inc. group of companies, David joined the CBS board of directors. He began his career in the staffing industry as president of Cobble Personnel of Nashville, TN. In 1993, he became the co-owner of Human Resources (HRA Inc.), a leading staffing firm in middle Tennessee. In 1996, Human Resources became a part of Staffmark. David was ASA chairman in 2006. |

Jeffrey S. Burnett, CSP
Jeff is president and CEO of Labor Finders International Inc. Based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, the company operates nearly 300 locations in 32 states. With more than 22 years of staffing industry experience, Jeff has held positions ranging from field operations to executive management. An ASA past chairman, he has also chaired the association's industrial section policy council and several committees, including political action, finance and audit, and convention. Jeff was president of the ASA-affiliated Florida Staffing Association and StaffPac Inc., Florida's staffing industry political action committee. He is a certified public accountant in Florida.

Dan Campbell, CSP
Dan is CEO of Hire Dynamics, which provides staffing services through its 15 offices in Georgia, Nevada, and North Carolina. The company has been recognized by Staffing Industry Report for four years in a row as one of the fastest-growing private staffing companies in America, and by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as the No. 1 best place to work in Atlanta in 2007 and 2008. Before joining Hire Dynamics, Campbell was CEO of a Los Angeles-based staffing company. Previously, he was director of business planning for AHL Services and an investment banker for Price Waterhouse.

Linda Carchidi, CSP
Immediate Past Chairman
Linda is CEO and co-founder of JFC Staffing Associates, based in Camp Hill, PA, with branch offices in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Linda was named to the Best 50 Women in Business in Pennsylvania in 2001, and her company has been recognized as one of the 50 fastest-growing companies in central Pennsylvania, as well as one of the best places to work. The company received the Small Business of the Year Award from the Harrisburg, PA, Chamber of Commerce in 2004. Linda is a past president of the Pennsylvania Staffing Association–Eastern chapter and has chaired the ASA membership and member services committees. |

Tom Daley
As a senior vice president of Volt Workforce Solutions, Tom has responsibility for more than 300 information technology, engineering, technical, administrative, accounting and finance, and light industrial locations in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. These offices provide a full range of services, including contract, direct hire, managed staffing programs, information technology outsourcing solutions, and recruitment process outsourcing. Tom is also responsible for management of Volt's shared services support departments, including accounting, information technology, business development, procurement, contracts, and operations support. Tom has been with Volt since 1980. |

John A. Elwood
John is president and chief operating officer of Elwood Staffing Services Inc. Headquartered in Columbus, IN, the company operates 37 branch offices in seven states and employs more than 30,000 temporary employees each year. John previously served as executive vice president for the company. In 2008, Elwood Staffing was recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. and was named one of the best places to work by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Before joining Elwood Staffing in 1996, John was employed by Burlington Industries. He was appointed to the ASA board of directors in 2008.

James A. Essey, CSP
Jim is president and CEO of the TemPositions Group of Cos., which operates in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and California. In addition to providing office support personnel, Jim's firm offers staffing in information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, hospitality, light assembly, substitute teaching, and health care. Jim served five terms as president of the ASA-affiliated New York chapter. He was ASA chairman in 2004; has chaired the chapter relations, member education and certification, political action, and industry practices committees; and chairs the legal and legislative committee. Jim serves on the boards of the NYC Young Presidents' Organization and the DARE program.

Gail Kaplan, CPC, CSP
Gail is founder and president of Kaplan & Jass, a Boston firm that places patent attorneys, general attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries. A longtime member of the Pinnacle Society, Gail was elected its president in 2000. She is currently its hospitality chairman and, as past president, coordinates Pinnacle Society panel presentations. Before founding Kaplan & Jass, Gail spent 10 years at a placement firm in Houston, where she became an associate partner and created the firm's training program. While at the firm, she won many awards, including top recruiter of the year for four years.

Roy G. Krause
Roy was appointed president and CEO of Spherion Corp. in 2004. He previously served as president and chief operating officer. Roy led the initiative to refine the company's focus on the North American staffing and recruitment industry, and he oversaw the implementation of a technology system designed to allow Spherion to realize greater operating efficiencies and profitability improvements. Roy joined the staffing company as executive vice president and chief financial officer in 1995. Prior to joining Spherion, he was with HomeBanc Mortgage Corp. and HomeBanc Federal Savings, and with the accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick LLP.

Robert Livonius
Bob is CEO of Medfinders Inc. (formerly Nursefinders), one of the nation's largest providers of managed staffing programs, health care professionals, and home care services. He has nearly 20 years of staffing industry experience, which includes making more than 40 acquisitions. Before joining Medfinders, Bob was chief operating officer of Spherion Corp. He began his career with IBM Corp. and later worked for Verizon as vice president of sales and operations. Bob is vice chairman of the policy council for the ASA health care section and serves on the ASA member education and certification committee.

Joe Mackey, CAC, CSP
Joe is founder, president, and CEO of XL Staffing Service Inc. and XL (Excell) Security Inc., based in Southern California. He has nearly three decades of experience in business and management, with particular emphasis in the security, hospitality, and event staffing sectors. Joe is past president of the ASA-affiliated California Staffing Professionals, and he serves on the board of directors of the California Association of Licensed Security Agencies, Guards, and Associates. Before founding his companies, Joe provided event and security staffing at Texas Stadium and worked in hospitality, tourism, and special event staffing in Las Vegas.

James McIntire
Jim is vice president of public affairs for Kelly Services Inc., a global staffing company with world headquarters in Troy, MI. He is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key public officials, and for advocating before legislative and regulatory bodies at the local, state, federal, and international levels. He is also responsible for corporate public relations, corporate communications, and administration of the Kelly Services Foundation. Previously, Jim was vice president of state affairs for the American Chemistry Council, and he has worked in similar capacities for the Kroger Co. and the Ohio State Bar Association. |

Gregory A. Netland
A member of the executive board of Randstad Holding NV since May 2008, Greg is responsible for the Americas Zone, which includes the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Previously, he was CEO of Vedior North America, where he set a strategy and focus that enabled the business to more than double in size in four years. Greg has more than 20 years of staffing industry experience, which began in 1987 with Sapphire Technologies. He has served on the ASA industry practices committee, and he was appointed to the ASA board of directors in 2008. |

James R. Novick, TSC
Jim is executive vice president of Allegis Group Inc. and president of Allegis Group Services. He is responsible for executive-level interface, business development, and evaluation of strategic acquisition opportunities. Jim began his career with Allegis Group in 1986 in Baltimore. Previously, he directed Aerotek's entry into the fast-growing information technology market, resulting in the creation of TEKsystems, which he led from 1994 to 2000. Jim has been in the industry for more than 20 years. He is affiliated with several nonprofit boards, including the Children's Guild of Baltimore and the Information Technology Association of America. |

George Reardon
George is senior vice president and general counsel for Adecco Group North America, headquartered in Melville, NY. Prior to his 25 years as corporate counsel for several national and numerous independent staffing companies, George spent a decade in the employee benefits field, managed a legal research company (a niche staffing business), created payroll software, and administered one of the first drug-testing programs while serving as an Army officer in Vietnam. He was a member of the board of directors of the Texas Association of Staffing in 1993 and has served on the ASA legal and legislative committee since 1998. |

Pat Rohe, CSP
Pat is a partner at Custom Staffing. Established in 1985, the firm has offices in New York. Custom Staffing was listed for three years by Working Woman magazine as one of America's top 500 woman-owned businesses. Pat is past president of the Metro chapter of the New York Staffing Association and has chaired the NYSA legislative committee. She was ASA chairman in 2007, and has chaired several ASA committees, including the political action, membership, chapter relations, and convention committees, and currently serves on the member education and certification committee. |

John M. Seelander, CSP John is co-founder and president of the Plus Group, which has offices in five states. The company specializes in temporary and contract placement services in the clerical, technical, and industrial sectors, and also serves contractors for the U.S. Department of Energy. During his 20 years in the staffing industry, John has been involved in the ASA-affiliated Illinois chapter, chaired the ASA member services committee and the member education and certification committee, and served on other committees. John is an active member of the board of the YMCA Adventure Guides program in his community. |

Dan Struve, CSP
Dan is founder, chairman, and CEO of Helpmates Staffing Services of Irvine, CA. Helpmates specializes in office support, accounting, and distribution services. Dan served as president of the ASA-affiliated California Staffing Professionals for two years. A founding member of the Orange County chapter of California Staffing Professionals, he served on the chapter board for several years. Dan was elected ASA chairman in 1991, has chaired the convention committee twice, and has chaired the member education and certification committee. He currently serves on the ASA political action committee and chairs the workers' compensation committee. |
