Continuing Education at the ASA Staffing Law Conference
Staffing professionals who have earned the Certified Staffing Professional®, Technical Services Certified℠, or Certified Search Consultant® credentials need to recertify every three years by earning 30 hours of continuing education (CE), six of which must pertain to employment law. The 2014 ASA Staffing Law Conference provides all 6.75 of the employment law continuing education hours needed to maintain ASA certification, plus an additional one hour that can be used toward the general CE requirement. The 2014 ASA Staffing Law Conference provides a total of 7.75 CE hours.
By attending all the sessions at Staffing Law Conference you will earn 6.75 legal CE hours and one active CE hour toward the 30 hours of CE required for certification renewal. Read more about ASA certification programs.

Continuing Legal Education for Attorneys
This program may qualify to be approved by state bars for continuing legal education. Attorneys interested in seeking CLE for the 2014 ASA Staffing Law Conference should contact their state bars for consideration. Upon request, ASA will provide documentation that may be required to validate participation in the conference.
