  1. How do ASAPro Webinars work?
    After you register, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail that will be followed by a second e-mail with detailed instructions on how to log on and download the presenter's slides before the Webinar. On the day of the scheduled ASAPro Webinar, connect to the Internet to access both the audio and visual components of the program. Listen to the speaker and follow the presentation slides on a computer screen (similar to a PowerPoint presentation). ASAPro Webinars are interactive—during question and answer sessions, participants can communicate with the speaker by voice or e-mail. It's like being there, without having to travel.

    Note: MAC users may experience difficulty accessing the Web software and should use Safari RSS as their Web browser. If MAC users cannot access the Web platform, they will still be able to listen to the presentation and follow along with the handouts provided in the confirmation e-mail.

  1. How do I register for an ASAPro Webinar or discount package?
    There are two ways, both of which are easy. Visit the ASAPro Webinar registration page and sign up online using a credit card. Or download the paper registration form and either fax it with credit card information or mail it to ASA. Payments by check must be mailed with the registration form. Registrations will not be processed until payment is received. A confirmation e-mail will be sent after the order has been processed.

    Prices are per location (per one telephone and Internet connection). Invite all your team members to receive training for one flat fee.

  1. What is a discount package?
    Discount packages, available in five- or 10-Webinar plans, offer savings on multiple Webinar purchases. You do not have to select future Webinars at the time of registration. Use discount packages to enroll one site in multiple Webinars, register multiple sites for the same Webinar, or select any combination that suits your company's needs. If your company is interested in purchasing more than 10 Webinars, contact ASA, at 703-253-2020 or interaction@americanstaffing.net, for additional discount information.

  1. I've purchased a discount package. How do I enroll in future Webinars?
    Enrolling in future Webinars is easy. Simply use the online or paper registration methods, and instead of entering payment information, enter the confirmation number for your prepaid package. Each time you enroll for a Webinar, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with Webinar-specific dial-in and log-on instructions.
  1. Does my discount package have an expiration date? Does the member rate always apply?
    Discount packages expire one year from the date of purchase. Any unused Webinar credit will be forfeited after that time. Reminder e-mails will be sent to the purchaser prior to the package expiration date. You must be a member in good standing to receive member pricing when registering for a Webinar.
  1. Can I use my discount package credits for previously recorded Webinars?
    Webinar package credits may only be redeemed for live Webinar registrations. To purchase recordings of past Webinars, please visit the ASAPro course catalog.
  1. Can I earn continuing CSP™ or TSC™ continuing education hours through ASAPro Webinars?
    Yes. And because Webinars allow for real-time interaction between instructor and student, the hours count as learning credits. Most ASAPro Webinars last 1.5 hours, thus earning you 1.5 active CE credits. If you have both the CSP™ and the TSC™ designations, then the Webinar counts toward renewing both. Claiming credit is easy—a form is included with the Webinar slides that participants download before the program begins. Or you can download the form anytime from the continuing education page. Print it, fill it out, and return it to ASA as soon as possible following the Webinar.
