Who Should Attend
This ASAPro Webinar is designed for staffing firm owners and managers.

Highlights
Prompt and thorough investigation of harassment claims by temporary workers on assignment is critical to minimizing or insulating your staffing firm from liability. But how do you coordinate your investigation with the client? What information should be shared? Who should interview the client's workers? And what do you do if the client is uncooperative?

In this ASAPro Webinar, employment law expert Jerry Maatman, Esq., of Seyfarth Shaw will explain

  • Staffing firm and client legal obligations and best practices when it comes to investigating harassment claims
  • How to conduct an effective coordinated investigation with clients
  • Issues pertaining to confidentiality and attorney-client privilege
  • What to do and not do when a client refuses or fails to cooperate with an investigation
