He is currently president of the Ohio Staffing and Search Association, an ASA-affiliated chapter, and past president of the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio. Erb has presented to organizations such as the Ohio Staffing and Search Association, Linked Dayton, HR Summit, and several SHRM chapters including Pittsburgh; Columbus, OH; and Toledo.
