After Oct. 2, on-site registration prices apply. The registration desk for attendees is open Tuesday, Oct. 20, 12 noon–8:30 p.m.; Wednesday, Oct. 21, 7:30 a.m.–7 p.m.; Thursday, Oct. 22, 7:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.; and Friday, Oct. 23, 8 a.m.–1 p.m. The registration desk will be located in the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort.

ASA Member Discount
ASA members enjoy a significant discount on Staffing World 2009 registration fees. Not a member? Join ASA today to receive more members-only discounts. Want to try us out first? If you attend Staffing World 2009 as a nonmember and then join ASA between Oct. 24 and Dec. 31, you will receive a $50 credit for each full convention and expo registration purchased by your company to apply toward your 2010 membership dues.

Full Convention and Expo Package
Includes keynotes, workshops, expo, Tuesday welcome reception; Wednesday breakfast, refreshment breaks, Knowledge Network, Staffing World Café, expo hall luncheon, and section receptions; Thursday breakfast, refreshment breaks, expo hall luncheon, and The Scene; Friday breakfast, refreshment break, and luncheon.
Certification review session is free to those who purchase this package. All attendees seeking to earn a designation must purchase the exam and study materials separately.
Package also includes the audio content of most workshops synchronized with PowerPoint slides. Audio-only MP3 files are also available. Both are accessible online through ASAPro. If you do not want workshop recordings, deduct $195 from the full package price.

Guest Packages
Guest packages are reserved for spouses or friends accompanying an attendee or exhibitor in a social capacity. The host attendee or exhibitor must purchase a full registration package, and the guest may not be an employee of or otherwise affiliated with a staffing firm or industry supplier. Guest packages include Tuesday welcome reception; Wednesday breakfast, refreshment breaks, expo hall luncheon, and section receptions; Thursday breakfast, refreshment breaks, expo hall luncheon, and The Scene; and Friday breakfast, refreshment break, and luncheon. All keynotes, workshops, and Knowledge Network are excluded; guest registrants who attend any of these events will be automatically upgraded to a full convention and expo package and charged accordingly.

Registrations received without payment will not be processed. Each registrant will receive a separate confirmation by e-mail. On-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis. Cancellations must be received in writing in the ASA office by Sept. 11. After that date, no refunds will be awarded. Alternate registrants will be accepted in lieu of cancellation. All cancellations will be assessed a 20% administrative charge. Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows.
