Mystery Booth

ASA is bringing back the mystery booth, a successful program designed to generate additional traffic and excitement in the expo hall at Staffing World. The mystery booth program had high demand and participation last year, so we are doing it again for Staffing World 2009. It is an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to increase their visibility among Staffing World attendees.

How Does the Mystery Booth Work?

Staffing World attendees will be given a list of participating exhibitors, any of which may be the mystery booth. Attendees will drop off their business cards in bowls at each participating exhibitors' booth during expo hours. At a predetermined time Wednesday and again Thursday, ASA will select a booth to be that day's mystery booth. Representatives from the selected mystery booth will bring their bowl to the ASA Pavilion, and one winner's name will be drawn from the bowl. There will be one winner per day. The winner will receive a cash prize of $500. Winners must be present to win.

How Can My Company Participate?

Mystery booth applications will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. To participate, a company must have a paid-in-full booth reserved at Staffing World. Participating exhibitors will choose to participate either Wednesday, Oct. 21, or Thursday, Oct. 22, on a space-available basis. The cost to participate is $50, and the fees collected from participating exhibitors will fund the cash prizes awarded to Staffing World attendees. All mystery booth participating exhibitors will be listed in the convention notebook addendum and on flyers that will be distributed on site to Staffing World attendees. The mystery booth program will be limited to 10 booths per day.

ASA reserves the right to cancel the program at any time and will provide a full refund of mystery booth application fees.
