Airport and Ground Transportation
The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is approximately 15 minutes from the convention hotels. Shuttle service is available 24 hours a day from the airport and costs approximately $14 one way, $24 round-trip (per person). For more information, visit sanantonio.gov/aviation. Taxi service is approximately $22 one way from the airport to the hotel.
Attire
Business casual clothing (slacks, khakis, open-collared shirts, lightweight sweaters) is appropriate for the education sessions. Bring casual clothes for the day tours and cocktail attire for some of the evening events. Join the final festivities at the grand banquet in your Texas Tuxedo—black tie and boots (optional).

Art and Culture
From fine art to contemporary art on display in more than 12 studios, San Antonio is guaranteed to impress any art enthusiast. Museums and Gardens
San Antonio is rich in history and features several museums highlighting this facet of the city. One of America's most famous landmarks is the Alamo. See the chapel and Long Barracks, which are all that remain of the original fort. Stepping into the present, the San Antonio Botanical Gardens is a 33-acre living museum that offers seasonal floral displays, a serene native forest walk, and modernistic glass pyramids.
