The attendee registration desk opens Tuesday, Oct. 9, at 12 noon and at 7:30 a.m., Oct. 10–12. It is located inside the expo hall at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Report there to register on site for full or one-day convention and expo packages, one-day expo packages, guest packages, or any optional ticketed events.

Registration Policies

To qualify for pricing discounts, payment must be received by the advance registration deadline. Changes to registration packages after the deadline will be accepted at the prevailing registration rates. Changes must be requested in writing. Registrations received without payment will not be processed. Each registrant will receive a separate confirmation by e-mail. Late or on-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis. Cancellations must be received in writing in the ASA office by Aug. 17. After that date, no refunds will be awarded. Alternate registrants will be accepted in lieu of cancellation. All cancellations will be assessed a 20% administrative charge. Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows. Some individual tour and event tickets are nonrefundable.
