Registration Details
To register, use the online registration form, fax the PDF registration form, or register on site. The registration desk opens Tuesday, Nov. 7 at noon and at 7:30 a.m., Nov. 8–10. It is located in the Palazzo Foyer area outside the Palazzo Ballroom at the Venetian. Report there to register on site for full or one-day convention and expo packages, one-day expo packages, guest packages, or any optional ticketed events.

Registration Deadlines
After Sept. 15, on-site registration fees apply.
Registration Policies
To qualify for pricing discounts, payment must be received by the early or advance registration deadlines. Registrations received without payment will not be processed. Each registrant will receive a separate confirmation by e-mail. Late or on-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis. Cancellations must be received in writing in the ASA office by Sept. 15. After that date, no refunds will be awarded. Alternate registrants will be accepted in lieu of cancellation. All cancellations will be assessed a 20% administrative charge. Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows. Some individual tour and event tickets are nonrefundable.
