To register, fax your registration form to ASA by Oct. 14, or register on site at the Orlando World Center Marriott beginning Wednesday, Oct. 19, at 7 a.m. Visit the Crystal registration desk, where you'll receive your convention materials, including your name badge.

Registration Deadlines
Early registration pricing is available through June 30. Advance registration pricing is available from July 1 through Aug. 31. After Aug. 31, on-site registration fees apply.
Registration Policies
To qualify for pricing discounts, payment must be received by the early or advance registration deadlines. Registrations received without payment will not be processed. Each registrant will receive a separate confirmation by e-mail. Late or on-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis. Cancellations must be received in writing in the ASA office by Aug. 31. After that date, no refunds will be awarded. Alternate registrants will be accepted in lieu of cancellation. All cancellations will be assessed a 20% administrative charge. Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows. Some individual tour and event tickets are nonrefundable.
