Tours and Entertainment
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Get to know colleagues on a personal level in a relaxed, entertaining setting. ASA has arranged several exciting tours that will offer you a chance to enjoy San Diego and its surrounding areas. Read the details about the events.
Corporate Social Responsibility On-Site Volunteer Project
Wednesday, 12 noon–4 p.m.
Corporate social responsibility will be a focus of Staffing World 2008, but it won't be all talk. Use your skills and expertise as a staffing professional to prepare San Diegans for the work force by taking part in a volunteer project to benefit our host community. Staffing World participants are encouraged to arrive early enough to offer interview and résumé advice for San Diego residents seeking to enter the work force.
Be a part of the first ASA corporate social responsibility project—and leave San Diego better than you found it. Time slots are available from 12 noon to 4 p.m. To get involved, be sure to mark your preferred time on the convention registration form. For more information on the program, contact Jonathan Cohen, senior manager, chapter relations and corporate social responsibility, at 703-253-2029 or jcohen@americanstaffing.net.

Whether you've attended in past years or this is your first, come be a part of this opportunity to start making connections right away with your peers from around the globe.
